PB2 is to peanuts what almond flour is to almonds (plus a tiny dash of salt) How is that unhealthy? Other companies sell the exact same thing called "peanut flour" and you don't see people jumping down their throats.

I like my daily coffee moderately weak and black. If it is super strong, I'll put some almond milk in it. If I'm feeling fancy, I like to add cinnamon and a bit of stevia.

Plain yogurt has no added sugar. Mix it with fruit if you don't like the flavor. Greek yogurt has even more protein than regular. Lentils are fantastic, as well as other beans. Get an active hobby! I just bought a bike and am excited to explore my city in a new way :) I also love dancing and am at bars/clubs/concerts every weekend, sometimes Friday and Saturday night! It makes it easier to not go over on weekend indulgence calories because I'm exercising for hours and hours.
