I'm a computer programmer at a hydraulics manufacturing company. I don't like it at all >__> I really want to work at a garden shop. Or at the local organic co-op, maybe in their bakery/cafe.

Honestly, if you love peanut butter it will not cut it. The taste is the same, it goes great in smoothies and oatmeal and baked goods. But trying to eat it mixed with water on its own will make you very sad.

I once ate an entire jar of peanut butter in one evening. There may have been alcohol involved. And also oreos <3 <3 <3

All scales will give a slightly different measurement. They aren't perfect. For sanity's sake, choose ONE and only record your weight on that scale.

Are you going to be eating out at restaurants or will you be able to cook for yourself? If you aren't hungry in the morning, I'd suggest skipping breakfast or just having something small like a piece of fruit. You'll have more calories left over to spend on lunch and dinner (and dessert!) It is vacation, so you should be…

~11min/mile right now, but I'm a pretty new runner. I usually run between 30-60 minutes at a time, depending on how much energy I have that day.

Cauliflower rice! You can make it into a fried rice with soy sauce and other vegetables added. Really tasty :) Cauliflower makes a great substitution for many higher carb veggies. I made cauliflower mash and it tasted like mashed potatoes! With almond milk, salt, pepper, nutritional yeast.

Cinnamon on everything!! <3 Smoked paprika tastes like barbecue sauce~

Make six cupcakes. Usually a full recipe is a dozen, so just cut it in half. Small serving size, still just as delicious! Otherwise one of these might be nice? If you are into fruit~ I had these at my birthdays as a kid, I loved fruit more than cake :P

Check out yonanas.com for some creamy cold dessert recipes :) Don't need their special machine, you can make any of those with just a regular blender or food processor. I make mine with 1-3 bananas (depending on how active I was that day) almond milk cocoa powder vanilla extract cinnamon! yum :)

I've gone to music festivals hosted at nudist camps. I've participated but I'm not sure it is my thing. Doesn't bother me if other people do it though. Bodies are just bodies, nothing weird about it.

Celery dipped in salsa. Lettuce wraps filled with things like snow peas, tomatoes, cucumber. Dip in a little bit of soy sauce.

I call it a "treat" meal instead of a cheat. Maybe once or twice a month I'll go all out. Usually sushi! Lots and lots of sushi! There's a great sushi restaurant here that does all you can eat ~yum~ My favorite roll is avocado, asparagus, cucumber

Yes, it is rude. Bring something you want to eat, but bring enough to share. If there are extras, leave them. If clearly say they don't want to keep them, then you can bring them home. (I do this every single time there's a family/friend gathering and it has never caused a problem)

One or two days. But I usually do a big stretch or gentle yoga session. And maybe a slow walk.

I'm 5'4" and my current goal weight is 120. (Maybe lower?) My highest weight was around 155 and my current weight is 145. You should pick a conservative goal weight, then re-evaluate when you get there. It doesn't hurt to reach your goal, lower it, reach it again, and lower again, etc However if you pick one that is too…

Boob job.

It may seem so, but then peanut butter comes out of left field and fills me with thousands of unnecessary calories (haha)

I've eaten an entire bottle of mustard because there was nothing else in the house for me to "binge" on. When I exercise and keep myself busy, I am less occupied by food. Go on a long, slow, walk if you don't have the energy for something more vigorous. Meditate, do yoga. Try staying out of the house, don't bring any money…

Maybe it was sunflower seeds in the shell? That could take up a significant amount of space. When you remove the shell, the total volume decreases. (Assuming you don't eat the shell)
