I weigh on Mondays. Weekends are the best for me fitness wise, because all of my hobbies are active. Weekdays I'm stuck in my cubicle at work and don't get that much time to move around.

Try a whey protein supplement. I recommend Trutein by Body Nutrition. It is so smooth and incredibly delicious~ Mix of whey/casein/egg whites.

Eat as many fresh/raw vegetables and fruits as I want. Fill two or three plates with plain lettuce and other low fat salad toppings. (No dressing, cheese, seeds, meat, etc) Then have one small serving of something indulgent, and a small dessert. I'm eating more than I should probably, but too many veggies never hurt anyone.

I actually gained a bit of weight after becoming vegan. Peanut butter is killing me haha You should become vegetarian/vegan for moral reasons, animal rights, environmentalism, etc, NOT for vanity :)

I love to fall asleep cuddling. ^_^ However, as soon as I am asleep, I become a volatile ball of energy and am always wiggling and squirming. Fall asleep cute nestled together, wake up with blankets braided in my arms and legs and upside down on the bed, my boyfriend far away. Haha

My doctor gave me a cream for the rash and said stop eating bananas for a week and see if it goes away. It is only my first day without bananas and I miss them already >___<

Vegan here. Peanut butter!! Eat it. nuts, seeds avocado coconut healthy fats :) you can make a baked potato/sweet potato in the microwave bananas are about as cheap as you can get my favorite way to eat them is in banana nice cream also called banana soft serve great in the summer!

I'm vegan for moral/ethical reasons and it is HARD WORK. If you don't really really want it, you aren't going to be successful. No way~ My social life is more important than controlling every single last aspect of my calories. I do my best to make smart decisions, eat light foods, more veggies and fruits, not drink too much alcohol. And also to spend as much time as I can on my feet, moving around, playing sports, dancing, active!
