I like to use it as a replacement for flour and make cookies, bars, etc~

It looks like a lot of your foods are packaged. Are you able to cook? Cooking even one or two meals a day gives you so much more control over your food intake and will be incredibly helpful on your fitness journey. Do you eat dairy? Milk is a good vegetarian protein source. Greek yogurt is very versatile. Plain has the…

What about eggs? An omelette with lots of vegetables is a great vegetarian meal!

I eat one or two medjool dates at night when I'm craving junk food and sweets. They taste like candy and are incredibly delicious, but aren't filled with any weird or artificial ingredients.

You'd have to juice each fruit individually and measure it like 5oz peach juice, 4oz strawberry juice, 2oz orange juice. For now you can estimate by entering 4 peaches, 8 strawberries, 1 orange, but this will not be as accurate.

100% cotton bikinis/low-rise I'm at the gym, I don't give a rat's *kitten* about panty lines :P What matters is that I stay comfortable, wedgie free, and there's no funkyness going on down there

Eat more fruit! Eat only natural sugars, no calorie-free sweeteners. Try snacking on dates (medjool are my favorite) when you are craving candies.

Someone told me that I should drink a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a big glass of water in the morning to help stimulate the organs/digestion. I drank it, and it was so disgusting that I was nauseous for about three hours after. So maybe it could help you lose weight? Since you aren't eating? haha I like to mix it…

Mix it with spicy mustard, chopped tomatoes, spinach!

Can of tuna with tomatoes, feta cheese, spinach. Mix it all up in a bowl and eat.

I really like stronglifts as a beginner program. They have a free app and it is very simple and easy to follow. It also makes a really cool graph of your progress!

Exercise a ton! After I work out, I eat super healthy for the next few hours because I don't want to "undo" the work I've just put in. Get up early and go for a walk/jog, in the afternoon do some yoga or weights. Slow walk after dinner. Stay active ^__^

Too much anything will make you gain weight. However, fruit is high fiber, and has a lot of water. It is more difficult to overeat on apples and oranges than it is on cheese and burgers and chocolate.

A big orange. Because yum *__* i love fresh fruit~

Check out theoatmealartist.com ! Use steel cut or old fashioned oats. Cook a bit less than the listed time and it will not be nearly as mushy and gross.

I think I'm around the same weight. But I am 10000 times more athletic now. In high school I couldn't even run a mile!

I'm the same way. I love to eat until I can't move. So I fill up on leafy greens and stuff like broccoli, celery, non-starchy veggies. On days that I have unstoppable hunger, it isn't uncommon for me to eat an entire head of cauliflower.

Yes! This is delicious~

Not ALL bread is vegan, but I have never had a problem finding vegan bread in any grocery store. Flour, yeast, water, salt, maybe a sweetener or oil...? what else do you really need?

Eliminating carbs is a quick way to lose a few pounds of water weight. However, as soon as you add them back to your diet, the weight comes right back on. A good idea is to limit the processed/white carbs, and eat more fruits and vegetables, whole grains, oats, beans, quinoa, etc. The best way to lose weight is to maintain…

Because they are baked and not fried, they do get kind of mushy. I put my cauliflower "chunks" on a plate and poured the sauce on top. It wasn't as pretty as in the picture but it tasted just fine.

Another carb person here! I find that I get the most satiety out of a meal that includes an abundance of non-starchy vegetables and a portion or two of whole grain carbs. For example, humongous salad and a big scoop of quinoa or beans. I think it might be the fiber.

Not that much protein, this is a vegan recipe. However, the glaze was INCREDIBLE. I think it would go great on real chicken wings, baked or fried. In fact, I think it would go good on just about anything. I had a bunch left over and I ate it with celery sticks.

If you're looking for something relaxing, pretty, atmospheric, I recommend Emancipator. Probably not my favorite music but I'm on a kick right now and can't get enough!

I second the nutritional yeast! It goes great with valentina hot sauce, if that's your thing. Mmm spicy~ Cinnamon is my favorite topping though~ So sweet with no sugar! ^__^
