I think those noodles are gross o___o You should try making noodles out of zucchini instead! Way more delicious~ Use a spiralizer or a julienne peeler.

Cook in a crock pot! Set it in the morning before you leave, and when you get home it will be ready to eat. One of the easiest I know is to use frozen chicken breast and cover it in salsa. Protein powder + water + ice + blender = shake! You don't need any other ingredients. Maybe use unsweetened almond milk if you want it to be creamier. It is only 30 calories per cup but it isn't as cheap as water.
