TBH Bale from Batman Begins was perfect, out did Keaton, what messed him up a bit was making his voice growl-ler( would that be the term?) in TDK/TDKR listen to how he spoke as batman in the first one... perfect (not as perfect and Kevin Conroll haha but no one can beat him.).

I Actually like to see what Ben can bring to the table, as for Clooney I think he played a good Bruce Wayne im not too sure about Batman. I actually liked Val more then George.

Well i've never used it and from what the lady at the gym told me it supposably relaxes the muscles.. Hence the title "Pre or Post workout effects? " im obviously curious to know if it has any effects.

Im sorry to hear about your struggles while theres nothing i can say to help you per-say, you should look at this and tell yourself look what life is throwing at me, and im still here im dealing with it, im strong enough to deal with it. see we can suprise ourselves and not even know it the moment thats the hardest for us…
