I am doing it right now. Just finished week3 day2. I had to do week 1 twice. I was too out of shape. Now, its going well, Do it at your rythm, For sure it will take more than 9 weeks for me, maybe 12. Listen to your body and dont give up.

Cutting the drinkable calories...Juice, soda, coffee with cream, it has made a big difference!

Thanks you guys, I feel less depressed :) Yes, I eat back the calories burned and even more....that my problem, my calorie limit is 1600. I will try to eat more fiber and lean protein. I am scared to go on the balance... I usually weigh in every Friday!

Wow...nice post. I agree with all the tips you gave. I have been doing the same thing since the beginning of my journey. The only thing I dont have is a HRM. I think I will go shop for that. Me too, I gave myself rewards, very motivating!

One of my cousin in Italy told me I would be more beautiful thinner..... Kind of true. In Italy, they are not shy to tell you that you are fat! Its the first thing they told you when they didnt see you in a while!!!! almost :0) Since my journey, I often think about my cousin Roberto.

The turning point was when I took my pictures for my ID card (driver licence and medical insurance)....oh la la....I was not good looking, double chin, puffy face...I didnt recognize myself. I know I had a weight issue but I was in denial. My other turning point was my husband losing 40 lbs. Here I am in MFP!

Me too, I have breakfast around 9. I'm mom at home, even if I woke up at 6. I wait and eat....sometimes leftovers sometimes toast, jam or cereals. I am happy to hear that other people are like me :)

Good joB! Me too I reach Onederland and it feel GREAT!!, I set mini-goal, next goal: 190 lbs! each 5 lbs I reward myself with something I like thats not food! I lost 20 lbs, at 25 lbs manu-pedi for me :)

Portion control High caloric snacking (ex: cheese and cold cut, nuts and dry fruits, ...) Eating and snacking while preparing supper and eating as will I hadn't eaten in a week :) LOL...
