I am registered to a 5K june 19 and a 10K in september. I want to do again the C25K program. My goal is to go today. It cold and sunny here.

I know I feel the same way. It DOESNT reflect the average user, ''they'' try to sell a image of healthy. Dont let that discourage you. I love to read success stories in the 'community board' and messages from the support and motivation too. Make goal that are suited for YOU!

I have been maintaining between 190 to 200 the last year....I need to do some serious change...I was at 225 after my second pregnanccy lost 30 pounds and I am not able to get my motivation back :(

oh my god...i just posted a similar post. me too, I feel auto-destructive with my behavior. This morning my scal was 201!!!! How I let myself goes like that? maybe by denial... Can I add you as a friend we can motivate each other?

In a situation that look like yours. I just turned 39. Lost 20 lbs last year but have been in a long plateau du to my inactivity. I have a good 30 lbs to lose to be considered in a healthy meal. Lets do it! :smile:

Hello, I'm in the same situation. Last year, I lost 20 lbs but I have to loose at leat another 20. I'm plateauing since last spring...I did C25K one time and half!!!! I need to do it for real this time.

Hi, I am redoing the c25k. I did it last year and ran 3 5K races. This year I registered to a 10K!!! I didnt run during winter so I am restarting again from week 1. Run outside I fund its better and more motivating.
