Why I can't stay motivated even when I see 200 lbs on my scale :(

Addicted to food!
I always been a bit chubby since I had my 2 children, my weight is around 190-95 lbs. I know its bad when I eat stuff that I'm not suppose to but I do it anyway. I have big weakness for cheese, cold cut, bread, and other salty stuff. I found it very difficult to resist. Can you share how you control yourself?

Hi, I have been back on MFP since 36 days, I lost 4 lbs. I know I need to loose more weight but its like I' sabotaging myself, when I have a good day...I will eat something heavy late at night....ufff....I found its hard this journey.

Long time without logging regularly
Hi, I was on fitnesspal after I had my 2nd baby. Stopped almost completely since I went back to work at the end of September. Logged a couple of times but for short period of time, I am startng to log again. Nice to meet you again. Thank you.

Need new friends to motivate me!
I left fitnesspal for almost 4 months, I went back to work after my maternity leave. The new routine was crazy. Now with the Christmas holidays I can rethink my lifestyle. I register to 2 zumba classes and I will start logging again on mfp. Add me if u want, oh I have 25 lbs to loose :)

first 5K next Sunday
Hi, I have not finished the program...3 weeks to go but I registered to a local 5K that the school in front of my house is organizing. I am very scared to not be able to finish it.....and that I will arrive last.... :( :( I jog slowly but Steady....I can do it for 25 minutes now... Will see!

Not typical breakfast...
Hi, Some morning, I dont eat a traditional breakfast. I will eat leftover from the day before. Like this morning, I had a leftover of lentil and chickpeas with tomatoes. And my coffee of course :) Is there other people doing that? is it wrong?

No supper on certain night?
Hi, When I go over my calorie limit during the day and I dont execise, I don't have supper because I dont want to add up too many calories, is it ok to do that?....I'm not starving.

Calorie calculator: Fitnesspal VS Endomondo
Hi, I just did a walk with some running sprint for 48 minutes. Endomondo calculates 220 calories and Fitnesspal calculate 377 calories...which one is the best?????? I'm confused and its a big difference..:noway: :frown:

Why our weight change a lot from day to day?
Hi, I weight myself 3 days ago I was 208.8 and I weight myself again thins morning I was 211.... I gained 3 lbs in 3 days and I'm being careful. I dont understand. thanks:frown:
