Thanks!!!!! I am talking about c25k to my entourage and 2 friends and my sister-in-law started the program too!!!! very proud of them and myself. We need motivation and support!0

Me too At first it seemed daunting but now I'm really enjoying the little bit longer running intervals...looking forward to next weeks 5 minute stretch!!0
