It requires you to focus. Do you wnat to lose weight more or do you want that extra bit of food, its a simple choice you face each day on your journey. Work out your eating pattern and why the extra eating is happening. Yake responsibility, become consistent and then youll be fine.
Dont stress and take it one day at a time.0 -

You've made good progress: 5 pounds in 36 days. Perhaps it is slower than you might like, but that's not really a plateau.
As far as weight loss is concerned, a downward trend is good. The alternatives are a true static trend or, worse, an upward trend.
Perhaps the reason that you are "sabotaging" yourself is that you are trying to adhere to too low a calorie goal for you. Try increasing your calorie goal slightly, and be sure that you are getting a good amount of protein at each of your meals. Protein is filling and has a more satiating effect on your appetite.
Good luck.

I run into the same issue wanting to snack at night. It's my only real downtime and I got into bad habit of snacking. Once I started tracking I modified the entries to fit my schedule and down a protein shake late and night or something else filling.0

That's not a plateau. Eating heavy late at night doesn't hinder weight loss, eating more than you burn does tho.0

I was under the impression she was eating above her allowance, hence the stall in progress.0 -

What stall? She's lost 4 lbs in 36 days, that's about .5 a week. Which is pretty good. A plateau is 6 weeks or better.
