Since your diary is not open ...

How many calories are you consuming in a day?

It's entirely up to your when you eat your calories. One big meal or six small ones, as long as you're getting them in you're fine.

    What word do you use?
  • I think though ideally it is probably better to spread those calories throughout the day to maintain your energy and blood sugar levels at a constant...once in a while if this happens I think ok, but every day would not be good for you in the end. Since I am new to this, I have had to learn along the ay and tweak my eating so I CAN have a little something later in the day IF I want to. It's nice to not be painted into a corner and have to say no to a treat or even half a treat if I want it. that's just me though. GOOD LUCK!!
