Calorie calculator: Fitnesspal VS Endomondo

Hi,

I just did a walk with some running sprint for 48 minutes. Endomondo calculates 220 calories and Fitnesspal calculate 377 calories...which one is the best??????

I'm confused and its a big difference..:noway: :frown:

Endomondo, because it actually tracks the work you actually did using GPS. MFP just guesses based on the few parameters you input.
