As others have said, setting a goal and then making eating right and exercising a daily habit. The endorphin high is something to which I look forward every day. And the second glance from the opposite sex is kind of nice. Especially from my gorgeous wife.

Both were true for me, as well as more flexibility which has added some nice variety to our sex life.

Every Wednesday when I get out of bed. But maybe two or three times during the week to make sure I stay on track.

Yours look just fine. I'm with Andrew - I like natural to plastic. Same thing I have said to my wife who has rather nice, but small. breasts. But wow is she hot. Go with what you got.

A small grin came over me when I saw the title of the post. YES! Have been on here for more than a year. Only missed one days. I log everything, whether I go over or not. Remember, it is YOU that needs to know what is happening with your eating pattern. Be honest so that you know how to make adjustments.

Agree with several who said "Eat something" - doesn't have to be breakfast food, but should be a balanced meal - some carbs, some protein. It's the most important meal of the day - really.

Congratulations. You look great! I know how hard that is - I started last October also and have lost 123 pounds so far with still more to go. But it sure feels good doesn't it - WTG!
