  • I just completed W2D1 today, beautiful sunny day. Used my iPhone C25K app. Managed quite well, completed al the 90 sec runs. It was definately a little harder than week one but quite manageble. My running pace was 05:05/km and walking was 08:52/km, total distance 4km (including warm up and cool down walk)
  • Ive just done week one, so i'm keen.
  • LOL, i have a big gap between my thighs when i put my feet together, my thighs never rub together when i walk. i'm definately not underweight. I'm 1.62, 56kg, BMI 21.3
