the 1500 goal must have been it. I used to be at the gym for hours trying to earn that freebie food >_< maybe I'll have to set it for .5 lb and see if I can lose. I want to lose more quickly but since 1200 is obviously not working for me, .5 a week is better than nothing ^_^

lol it was hard to tell the tone of your post, so I'm just going to pretend it was a nice friendly tone and not a patronizing tone...like I said I used mfp starting jan 2013 and didn't have this issue because they didn't used to provide a blanket calorie requirement for everyone. I wonder why they changed the way they do…

as a vegetarian I find myself eating TONS of dairy and carbs (because what else is there to eat really? especially at restaurants!) I am a vegetarian because I don't like meat, not because it's better for dieting (I am actually jealous when people talk about their meals of lean proteins like chicken or fish)
