I've been cleared for all exercise, but will hold off on high impact stuff (like jumping rope, running) until I'm not sore after it. I'm over twice the recommended exercise time frame (it's 6wks, I'm at 12)... none of the exercises above hurt me... My hurry is I want to get as fit as I can before going back to work!

I'm living in Ireland but use UK foods. Feel free..I try as much as I can to eat clean and don't eat out a lot or use too many processed foods but I do use Atkins Advantage bars for protein which you can buy at Boots.

Funny I have a fold that gets more dented in in my chin when i'm sleeping when I'm overweight. When I'm a healthy weight I wake up w/ no dent! weird!

If you're near a coast, eat a lot of the nice seafood cooked simply and tastefully. Stay away from the Spanish richer foods. There is beautiful produce there so if it were me I'd buy a bag of plums, peaches, etc and keep them in my room to snack on or have before meals out. Enjoy!

thanks, i'll change the amout of cals but to be honest, i'm more interested in high protein and as little processed food as possible. I can't even do upper body work, bc I am not supposed to lift my arms above my head or strain my core in anyway (bending, lifting anything heavier than 1kg, stretching)..... SUPER frustrated…
