Try sugar free candy. The Dollar Tree here sells sugar free mini peanut butter cups and mini pepper mint patties and i just eat 4 of each and that solves the "problem".

I am in the same boat.. I started school and gained like 15 pounds. I have tried to lose weight so many times, but I never stick with it.. It always helps to have a work out partner!
