I think that a size 8 or 10 would be good for me. I wear size 12 right now. I tend to lose all of my weight from my upper half first, then my hips go. So I wear a size small in a shirt right now. Waiting for my hips to catch up! :wink:

I eat a bowl of apples and cinnamon instant oatmeal most mornings. It is filling, tastes good, and it doesn't have a lot of calories. The fact that it's instant means that I can fit it into my busy day.

Yoplait key lime pie yogurt, a very small square of coffee cake, and cut up pieces of cantalope. I usually just eat HEB apples and cinnamon instant oatmeal. It's my go-to breakfast. It makes my kitchen smell so wonderful after I put it in the microwave. :love:

5'2" and I weigh 148 right now. I wear a size 12 in jeans. I am a pear shaped person and I gain most of my weight in my hips and thighs. Waist 28" and Hips 42". Very hard to find pants and skirts that fit in the waist. When they fit in the hips, the waist is big.

400 calories in a small order of fries from Arby's! That's more than the calories in their classic roast beef sandwich.

I agree. Your body may be in starvation mode if you are not consuming enough calories or not eating back the calories that you burn exercising.

Which Which. The nutrition information on their website is deceiving. If you look in the chart for your sandwich, it shows you how many calories for each sized sandwich. BUT this DOES NOT include the bread. You have to go under the "bread" tab to look up the calories for the bread (which is more than the substance of…

I tend to overeat whenever my husband is eating fun foods that I want to eat also. Sometimes, he's a bad influence. Or I'm just a bad influence for myself. Yeah, milkshakes can be ridiculously high in calories! If you order one of the larger sizes with a burger, you could be eating well over a meal with the milkshake alone. Then when you add the burger...geez it adds up.

Wow! I always knew they were bad for me. One of those burgers would be most of my calorie goal for the day. I've set my goal to lose a pound a week, and I'm pretty short at 5'2". I just can't eat as much as I thought. :noway:

It's true. Sodium really adds up. If I go out to eat restaurant food, I can gain 1-2 pounds in water weight the next day easy.

I can eat my whole days worth of allowance of calories just by eating one plate of enchiladas, rice and beans, chips and salsa at a mexican restaurant.

I ordered a "mini sized" M&M chocolate blizzard from Dairy Queen, and realized that it was 370 calories after I ate it! If you order the "small size", it's a whole 660 calories! Good thing that I ordered the mini size. Geez, I really have to avoid these kind of sweets. :noway:
