I don't put labels on food, that being said I would say the Triple chocolate cupcake I had with my morning breakfast but I am getting ready to fire up a bowl on Chocolate Reese's cup ice cream with Hershey's syrup which might just beat out that cupcake we shall see........ :drinker:
Yes! I think I'm going to try Reese's ice cream with my strawberries and angel food cake tomorrow. I think that might work. :drinker:

I had a fabulously crunchy apple.

This reminded me, while I was walking my dogs in an area I hadn't walked for years, I came accross a group of apple trees. A whole lot were lying on the ground, but I picked one from the tree and ate it, it was a McIntosh, and it was so delicious, I had forgotten how good apples are fresh from the tree.

A veggie cheese omlet made of leftovers. I had a quarter-full bag of frozen thai stir-fry veggies in the freezer that I have been trying to use up for ages, but no recipe appealed to me. I also used leftover butter, eggs, and leftover cheese.

    Recipe:
Stir-fry frozen veggies in frying-pan, on medium-high heat, in 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter until browned. Set aside.

Coat skillet with 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter. Add 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, 30g jalapeno havarti cheese, and the stir-fried veggies. Mix well and cook on medium-high heat, turning once, until eggs are completely cooked.

    Total: 402 calories, 2g fibre, 23g protein, 31g fat, 398mg sodium.

Not the healthiest dinner, but it was delish and I cleaned out my fridge too!

Spaghetti squash with meat pasta sauce and freshly shaved parmesan cheese. It was our first time eating it and both DH and I were worried about what we were going to eat if it didn't work out! LOL. It. Was. Awesome. And surprisingly healthy.
