Mini Meatloaf for dinner tonight - an old (2000, I think?) Cooking Light recipe made with ground sirloin. Really nice, weighed a bit over 6 oz uncooked.

small delicious ribeye steak that I have been craving for a while. Don't eat steak but once in a blue moon, but my craving seemed to coincide with the great sale they had on ribeye steaks. Must have been fate! Devoured every morsel & was still under goal by 200 cal. Now that is what I call a good day!0
