    Pumpkin pie yogurt. (my own recipe)

    It's pure pumpkin mixed with plain greek yogurt, a TBS of sweet cream, 5. TBS of honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ground cloves.

    I guess that leaves my Breyer's chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream out.

    Probably got to be the Chobani flip I had then... 150 calories for the raspberry/chocolate kind. Although my homemade 95 calories blueberry muffins were ok, I guess. Bit dry.

    Green smoothie...coconut water, kale, baby spinach, cucumber, kiwi fruit, celery and ginger!

    It's around 150 calories and great to have with breakfast.
