Every time I feel the need of eating junk food, I eat bitter chocolate or something similar instead. I don't really crave them so I don't feel depressed because of cutting them out. well done! :) for me, usually it's the oppsite: first week is the hardest. The first week I started both exercising and sticking with my diet I could only lose .6 kg and the next week it was 1.6.

I only put coffee and milk (about 30-40 ml) since I am also trying to avoid sweeteners. My mom thinks it's too bitter but I find it pretty sweet.
