Nope you're not ready.

I read this as "drain in your jelly" and had a confuse.

So typical for MFP...

IDGAF. That said, we have a few "poop stalls" around the building. Everyone knows not to knock on those doors if they're closed because it'll probably be a while (and stinky in that general area).

Thanks for putting that TSwift song in my head. In return, I give you this: But also, congrats on seeing the light and on your success!

What is the purpose of snubbing if not to be intentionally rude to someone?

Sometimes your calves become really tight, especially if you are walking in shoes that aren't suited to walking long distances. My calf tightness results in sore ankles and impeded ankle mobility a lot of the time. Try looking into foam rolling as a way of working out the kinks. Here's a good article to get you started.…

No, fruits and vegetables have protein. You are not being deceived. Why are you mentally subtracting anything from anything? Also... Google, it's your friend.

The food choice judgers are out in full force today. My choices fit my macros and my calories, so honestly, I don't see the problem?
-
No such thing. They're all carbs. If they fit in your macro requirements for the day, have all of them.

BINGO!

I know a few women who have PCOS and are at a healthy weight. I'm still working on losing the weight myself. I do know that PCOS has made it extremely difficult for me to lose weight and you're totally right, "taking it easy" is a dicey thing to do. I've been working on it for 4 years and have fluctuated within a 20 lb…

That's probably closer to 500 cals actually, but plenty of good fats and fiber so will tide you over for a bit. You could try taking out some of the fruit, and using a protein powder to up the protein content a bit. But it sounds delicious as is. Definitely make sure you log it though! 500 cals is a lot to not log on a…

LOL. Serious? OP, the smarta$s comments are the constructive ones.

Just don't tan. It is sooo bad for you. Like, take it from a reformed Jersey Girl (might as well have invented the G-T-L routine in HS/college). Save your skin, use self-tanners or spray tans if you must, but just embrace the natural dude, and wear sunscreen outdoors!

And out of the wilds it came, a creature so mysterious, so unlikely... so, righteous... a real, honest-to-goodness Christian.

LOL did you really think you were not going to get responses you didn't like?

I gigglesnorted!

F**k 'em. You keep doing you.
-
This thread totally delivers.
-
What did Diet Coke ever do to you?!
-
Totally thought you were asking about a tattooed couple. And my response was going to be, um... But now my response is... get them the grill pan. They still cook!

That's the spirit. I realized (yesterday actually, so bear with me this is kind of fresh) that I am constantly trying to control how other see me. Even in my closest relationships. It has destroyed so many relationships because I simply cannot let my guard down. It's on the verge of destroying my relationship with the love…

Sooo many people just don't seem to "get" that there are really only TWO people in any given relationship and that there is *no need* to broadcast everything that is happening in your relationship to social media, or even to your friends and family.

Exercise, vitamins B12 and D3, and daily walks outside during daylight (even when it was wicked cold) helped me. Had no idea about creatine... will need to check that out!
-
And the other two steps in this three step plan are?

It is weird. I also think you need to seek professional help with your ED. You can and will have a healthy relationship with yourself and food :flowerforyou:
