That's what I'm doing now...on day 6 and loving it! I run in the mornings for my cardio and doing Ramp It Up! in the afternoon. Lost 5.5 lbs so far. You should start with Start it Up! first and when you have mastered that move on to Ramp It Up! Good luck!!!!!!!
