I picked up the Slim in 6 dvd (2005) at a garage sale this weekend. It includes the Start it Up!, Ramp it Up! and Burn it Up! plus the Slim & Limber and Slim & 6-Pack. It didn't come with anything that tells me how to use the program. I assume, since it's 6 weeks and 3 work outs, that I do each one for 2 weeks??? Everyday of the week??? The back of the dvd says to do the Slim & Limber on your "day off". When would that be? Any help would be appreciated. THANKS!!!!

I'm not familiar with the program but I googled it... "Guaranteed to loose 6 pounds in your first week"? I'm more than a little skeptical about "miracle" workouts like this, but any exercise is better than none so go for it. Typically, people will recommend that you rest a day between workouts. That is, one day on, one day off. The reviews on amazon are pretty detailed and should give you more info. Good luck!

I purchased this program a few years back. I believe the instructions to start with Start it up -do that for 2 or 3 weeks depending on your fitness level. Then move on to Ramp it up. The exercise plan was 6 days a week and the slim and limber on the 7th day. But I was skipped the slim and limber because I was always doing pilates with it. I still do the ramp it up once in awhile, but with my own music because the music leaves alot to be desired. I'm only 50% sure this was the design of the program. It is not hardcore like Turbo, P90X or Insane. so just go with it until you tire of it. I did get some results -mainly from ramp it up. I grew tired of it after 5 weeks and moved on to another program. I still revisit it once in awhile. I think you can become a member at Beachbody.com and present the question in the chat room if you are determined to get exact instructions.0

Thanks for the info!!! I'm not looking for the "quick fix lose 6 pounds in one week" thing, just looking for something different to do. And hey when the original price was $79.99 and I got it for a buck, can't complain!!!0

That's what I'm doing now...on day 6 and loving it! I run in the mornings for my cardio and doing Ramp It Up! in the afternoon. Lost 5.5 lbs so far. You should start with Start it Up! first and when you have mastered that move on to Ramp It Up! Good luck!!!!!!!0
