The only thing I've stopped using is regular mayo, swapped with Kraft Light mayo if necessary. Everything else is fair game in moderation!

It's been ages since I've had bacon (okay fine, a month), every time I made it in a pan it was always drenched in grease, decided to cut back on that since trying to eat a bit better. I usually stock packs of roasted almonds and a box of Nature Valley chewy granola bars (fruit and nut) in my desk drawer at work. Holds me over as my mid morning and mid afternoon snack.

There's another Greek yogurt from Dannon that's Caramel Macchiato flavored. It's 170 cals with 19g of sugar but damn..it's good!!

At first I thought 1200 would leave me starving but surprisingly I can get through the day plus workouts without a problem. Guess it all depends on what you're eating and when.

Ah unfortunately I don't have access to a BodPod or even a cheap pair of callipers so was hoping somewhere around there's a calculator that can give a best guess for starters, wishful thinking I suppose. I get an 11% result with waist measurement anyway.

If it's not on a Friday (my cheat day) and i'm out to dinner, I look for the most boring sounding, low calorie, low fat item on the restaurant menu...here's looking at you, salmon! Other times I just try making sensible substitutions when it's an option.

Well I finished Insanity a while ago and I'm almost finished the first month of T25. It's surprising how much "eating clean" and doing 25 mins of high intensity interval training a day makes..! Can't wait to see the results after the last two phases of T25.
