Damn. If Insanity is the watered down version of anything, I would sure as hell die doing whatever the real thing is. Going all out for 2-3mins intervals with only a 30 second break is hard enough to recover from sometimes.

People cried when Marley died?...Didn't anyone cry when they shot Cujo?? Poor dog never asked to get rabies and savagely kill a bunch of people...

Never got to the point of vomiting but whenever I get light headed I just take the intensity down a bit or stop for a few seconds to recover then get right back into the workout.

Thanks everyone. I was thinking that the workout fatigue might also be the result of working out so soon after getting up (~10mins), might still be a bit dazed. I didn't carb load tonight so I'll have to give the pre-workout meal a shot in the morning. Read that bananas are actually good for the quick burst but don't have…

I'm not sure, at this point it's kinda hard to stop analyzing how much of what is in what... almost second nature...

For cereal, I usually stick to plain Cheerios or Wheetabix w/Honey.

Grilled chicken breast (6oz) and 3 cups steamed broccoli is my quick go to for dinner. Around 18g of carbs all from the broccolli.

Exercising self control and having friends who are also fitness/health concious and not raging alcoholics has helped.

Incredible job! Keep it up.

Wh...wha...what the hell is that??

That's expected. Insanity is pretty hardcore for beginners. You should check out Shaun T's T25 if you can get your hands on it. It's like Insanity's younger brother. Plus it's only 25 mins.

I started in Sept with only 12lbs to lose then with a mix of Insanity/P90X and clean diet with a caloric deficit, I've lost 9lbs in two months. I know I'm burning a bit less calories now so it's going to take a bit longer to lose the last 3lbs without making more changes. I'm hoping it'll all be gone by late Dec at this…

Hey, welcome to MFP and congrats on taking the first steps to making a change. Best of luck on reaching your goals.

Had a similar problem when I started jogging last week. Took two days off and was able to run with no problem this morning. Did some research about it then, might find it relevant. http://www.runnersworld.com/tag/plantar-fasciitis

Started T25 and got bored by the second month. Going to repeat Insanity and P90x but as a hybrid this time starting from today.
