  • Thanks for the insight. Its not a major dry spell but it comes and goes in phases. I think your right, maybe time away from him will make it better. I think once I get some space he will see what I am feeling but it will allow us to appreciate things more.
  • I think that my problem is really the amount of time I have now compared to when I originally lost the weight. I feel like its a time consuming thing to exercise but if I don't, i know the outcome. Its such a hard thing to balance. Its all in the belly.
  • Try a morning star meatless sausage, they also make ham etc. which are not very high in carbs. Do you do the 17 day diet is that why your eating high protein low carb? You can always try to eat seitan which is like a tofu alternative with a meatier texture. There are recipes to make it from scratch too.

  • I will as well. I started it but then slowly stopped doing it. Tonight I will start again but I do not have a measuring tape for my measurements. What do you suggest I use? I am 126 right now but its mostly fat and not muscle.
