Be careful when drinking anything with reduced or zero calories as it contains artificial sugars which can harm your body such as sucralose and aspartame.. There have been studies conduced that stated they harm your brain so I am not sure how they affect weight loss but I have taken them completely out of my body.

Thank you guys, I guess gas would make sense considering my bowel movements are not really normal, there daily but not normal.
