Well done on the results. Every time i start it i can never stay motivated to keep going. I must keep going though otherwise i wont see or feel the results

The music i listen to when i go out for a run is Hard House, Hardstyle or any other form of the harder side of dance music. It has a fast beat to it so when i feel myself slowing down is skip the song to a more upbeat tempo and pick the pace up. Not sure if it would help or have the same effect in a gym but it does the job…

Probably a silly question but every time i try to upload 2 of my pictures one goes upside down and the other goes sideways. How do i resolve this as i have already tried editing them and turning them around. It still happens
