Insanity
I will be missing 2 days of Insanity next week. I am just wondering If i can manage it would it be wise to do those 2 workouts on days I can do them? I will be missing Wed and Thurs so should I do 2 workouts on Tues and 2 on Fri if I can manage it or should I just carry on as normal on the Friday?

I have seen a few people doing press/push ups where they have had there feet on a bench and doing them that way. Is there and benefits of this?

Football Training
I use my HRM while football training. As you can't wear watches during an actual football match, how far can i be away from my watch while still wearing the HRM strap??

Muscle Recovery
Is there a way to speed up muscle recovery? I was round my friend's house using his weights on Friday. I'm still recovering now and i can barely pick anything up. Even lifting my arms to shoulder height is a big task.

So i'm really fussy when it comes down to food. What is the best foods to eat and best way to prepare them (I.E grill, roast, fry, steam etc) to help me lose weight?
