I do Insanity and to enter that I put it in cardio and create exercise, then just enter the name of the workout, the length of workout and then calories burned

My results Switch Kicks - 80 - 100 Power Jacks - 56 - 50 (loss of 6) Power Knees - 92 - 103 Power Jumps - 41 - 44 Globe Jumps - 8 - 10 Suicide Jumps - 12 - 14 Push Up Jacks - 15 - 20 Low Plank Oblique - 40 - 50 I'm fairly impressed with the way my results APART from the Power Jacks where my result decreased :(

Yeah I didn't think of doing it like that as the recovery day isn't to testing (still a good workout though). It will be week 3 next week

I will be honest today I struggled a bit with day 3 mainly with the V-push ups and and the raised leg triceps dips

For me it is all about Hard House/Trance/Hardstyle. The tunes are all upbeat and makes me workout harder and when i go running it makes me run faster

I started doing Insanity again yesterday and the only other form of exercise i have been doing is football once a week. Only problems i have had with starting it up again is slight pain in my inner thighs. No pain no gain though

Only other hardstyle fan i have seen on here. This makes me happy that i'm not the only one :)

You will have to remember that when they are making these DVDs the people working out in them will have already been doing this for a while. I think its a shame that they only use people in such DVDs that have already got the body they want and don't use people who want to get that body. We all seem to be below par…

I don't tend to wear anything other than socks when i'm doing it. That way it gives my feet a bit more freedom and flexability. Different people do things different ways. I noticed this about myself too. I think that it is due to your body warming/heating up through out the workout and also from the sweat you produce. I could be wrong but the only time i notice it is when i'm sweating and my body is warm/hot
