INSANE Fit Test Improvements

Today was my 3rd fit test and I had an INSANE improvement from 2nd to 3rd! And I was working through an injury!
Here's the progression from Test 1 through 3:
Switch Kicks - 45 - 53 - 64
Power Jacks - 35 - 54 - 60
Power Knees - 55 - 68 - 85
Power Jumps - 15 - 22 -25
Globe Jumps - 4 - 9- 10 (the guy in the video only got 11)
Suicide Jumps - 7 - 10 - 14
Push-up Jacks - 10 - 19 - 25
Low Plank Oblique - 14 - 23 - 30
Needless to say, that motivated the hell out of me!

Got to get the Insanity program from Beach Body....it's a test every two weeks to check your endurance and your progress!0 -

I'm fairly impressed with the way my results APART from the Power Jacks where my result decreased0
