Hi am new to this not looking to lose much weight more toning up, love to lift although am still struggling with basic weights and have started insanity again as I love it!! Lokking for likeminded people to keep me going :)

    It is not about the weights :) As long as you are not a power lifter you're all good. Keep it going an keep it fun!

    I love Insanity program as well. I have similar goals to you. I'm actually doing P90X3 right now to increase strength combined with Insanity warm up < just to get the adrenaline pumping >

    Im also giving insanity another try. In my last attempt I quit after month 1. I'm currently on month 1 week 4 with 2 days left. Im feeling nervous about month 2 from what I've heard, but Ive had decent results so far, hopefully this will give me the motivation to pull through it.
