T25 - How do you enter it into your exercise diary?

Just a question for those that do T25. I recently started the program and was wondering how the people that have been doing enter it into thier Exercise Diary?

    I just used aerobics , for me it was low impact

    I do Insanity and to enter that I put it in cardio and create exercise, then just enter the name of the workout, the length of workout and then calories burned

    I've been putting it in as low impact aerobics.
