    I just finished week 2. This is my second time doing Insanity (the first 2 years ago and I had amazing results then I got injured!). I already see progress although I did not do measurements or pics the first day--afraid to psyche myself out.

    Good luck to both of you! Just keep pushing play! You can do it! There are going to be some days that you don't think you can but trust me, you can!
