Me too! My lil guy is 4 1/2 months old. I gained way too much weight during pregnancy. So far, I've lost a total of 50 lbs and have a little over 30 left to lose! Best of luck to you :)

Starting weight -208 + Current weight - 158 Goal weight 125 Height 5'6 31 yr old Just had a baby/c-section in July and have already lost a total of 50lbs since, getting so much closer to my goal!!

Thanks, that's interesting and I've also noticed bloating. I was trying to think of ways to boost/expedite the results but this helps! I'll stick with what I'm doing, lost 8lbs in a month just working out/eating right so that's positive :smile:
