I'm sure that there are healthier pad thai recipies, but I stumbled across this one and made it as my first pad thai. It's really good... http://allrecipes.com/recipe/dads-pad-thai/detail.aspx

I"m 5'2 and I would like to be between 125 and 130. For me though it's more about being happy in my own skin and I like having boobs ;) If I lose much more than that they will be lacking. lol

We have a salad bar at the local grocery store. Make sure just to get fresh veggies and go very light on the salad dressing.

I went from a DD to a B, but my waist went from 14 to an 8 so I think I'm still proportional. It will even out the longer you stay with it.

When I am sure %100 percent that I am not having anymore babies then I will get a tummy tuck. When I do push ups I have skin that hangs down about 4 inches. It makes me very insecure :(

I completely agree, working out when sore actually makes the soreness go away for a while with me. I just finished day two and my arms are killing me. ouch... But it is so worth it!

I would cut it out completely for two or three weeks. Switch to Romaine in your salads. Then try it again and see if you get the same results. I became lactose intolerant after loosing 20 lbs.

I took November and December off and gained 6 lbs, but in my defense I had my jaw wired shut for the month of October. I was starving that month so once I was unwired, it was on. lol. Luckily I only gained back what I lost while my jaw was wired.

I live in Hendersonville, NC and love it here. It is a quick drive to Dupont State Forrest or Pisgah National Forrest and close enough to Asheville, Greenville or Charlotte. It snows in the winter and gets hot in the summer, but it is very mild compared to most places.

Eggs, high in protein and like potatoes, there is a lot you can do with it. Sorry to hear about your struggles :(

I think it is really important to fit that stuff into your calorie intake or you will break eventually. I like fudge sickles for a chocolaty treat they are only about 99 calories and delicious. I currently have a broken jaw and I'm living off of soup and protein shakes. I'll tell you I'm about sick of chocolate. Eat some…

Thank you for all of your wonderful suggestions. I don't feel much like eating now, but I have to have something on my stomach for the meds, i was horribly sick last night. I will look into nutritional counciling, I'm sure they would have set it up, but it was emergency surgery. You guys gave me great ideas to work with,…
