You've got this! Baby steps helped me. Looking back, I can't believe how much I was eating. Making new habits stick is the hardest part.

I don't know of any apps but I can relate to having to stay under 1200 calories. UHHGHH. My best friend is much taller than me and she can eat 1600 calories and LOSE weight. ARGH!

Thanks for the inspiration rosebette! You look great, I'd like to get down to that weight and look like you :) Finally updated my profile photo. I made that a month ago so I've lost more since that after picture. I'm wondering if there's a manual way to calculate body fat with measurements and height. All the websites do…

Wow thanks for all the responses! I went to that website http://www.fat2fittools.com/tools/ and calculated everything. Without knowing my exact bodyfat percentage for sure it's a little iffy to get a goal weight but I put the higher percentage and the lower percentage I got the other day and got a weight range to shoot for…

Flumi_f: Yea sometimes I feel like 110 would be too low and I'd feel weak and bony. I'm already pretty thin but I definitely want to get to 125. I have some belly fat left to burn off too. Do you strength train a lot? I do a lot of cardio and 2 days strength training, should I switch it?

Thanks for the advice everyone. I'm trying to go with the flow and just see how my body looks and how I feel but there's that part of me that wants to be as light as possible because I'm short. :/ Sun_fish: I follow the 80/20 rule but always stay within my range. I have 1200-1500 calorie range. 80% weekdays I stick to 1200…

Nice to meet you and good luck! just take it one day at a time, one week at a time. I do better with weight loss on a forum too. It seems like it goes slow but the results are worth it. I have been taking it 5 lbs at a time. I'm not rushing but it is hard :D Lots of luck, hope you lose that knee brace asap :)

ugh I know where you're coming from. The cravings suck, just had mine last week and weighed myself. Only lost 1lb grr but better then nothing. The weird thing is I didn't overeat and I exercised because it helped my cramps but I guess bloating does that sometimes... idk. Anyways I loved reading this thread and getting lots…

Everyone has their bad days and fails, they just don't admit it :) I was on here last summer from July to September but ended up quitting in October after getting the flu. I regret it a lot because I could have lost so much weight by now. Instead of kicking myself though I am starting again, I've lost 14 lbs since…

I am a yo yo dieter and I always have this problem after losing weight. I get comfortable and start overeating again and in my mind I'm like "I'll burn this off, I'm fine" but it's NOT fine, I have gained my weight back with this, track yourself, get weight watchers ice cream bars to replace the sweets. Break out old…

Hi all I started Insanity last on Friday, I'm exhausted and very sore. I can hardly move lol. Hoping to make it through, already lost some weight but I started working out at the gym last Monday so that contributed. There is no comparison between the 2. The gym is way easier. Insanity makes me sweat like crazy and leaves…
