  • Im on my last week on JMBR and love it! I lost a total of 18 pounds and lots of inches. I will be restarting when Im done. My husband lost 30 pounds on JMBR. You wont regret it!
  • Forsure the more you do WO11 and 12 it gets easier. When I do WO12 the next day my triceps are killing me super sore. Done with Body revolution Saturday and will be restarting on monday again. What a great 3 months!

  • I started WO11 and 12 on monday and 11 SUCKS!!!!! It is hard. it will push you body to limits. 12 is not that bad. but 11 is another story. Just be prepared to get your butt slammed. I felt great after I was done, but not during. I am looking forward to see how much i will improve doing 11 on thursday when i do it again.…

  • when I forst did WO7 I thought i was going to die. Each I did it I got better and stronger! But I am happy that Im done with WO7! On to Phase 3 :happy:
