Eat more food. Preferably not complete junk food. Your BMR (what your body burns by just breathing, pumping blood, and basically just being alive) is 1501. Considering that you are probably at least sitting up for part of the day, if not walking around or digesting food, your body will be burning more than that number. Try…

Weight fluctuates. I don't know what will help you lose 3 lbs by tomorrow, but I don't think that stressing about it will help :) Regardless of what you weigh in tomorrow just remember that you did lose over ten pounds (your own scale told you so!). You made a commitment to become healthier, and you've succeeded! Keep up…

I think it would be nice of the girl to pay her friend back, or take over some of her rent ($50 a month or whatever). But is she responsible, no.

Trimmed. I've been trying to convince the hubby to do it. But he's not up for it. Any ideas on how to convince him? Other than promising some fun with handcuffs and then getting out the shaving cream...?.

I have different premade sauces that I use. What I usually do is slice them up into tenders, grill them on my little knock off george foreman. Then I use Pampered Chef's peanut thai chicken sauce to dip them in. Or Tastefully Simple's Bayou Burbon sauce. Or you can sprinkle a little (or a lot) of hot sauce/ buffalo sauce…

Ask for a tv. Assuming that you don't already have one in your workout room. If not that then a netflix subscription. They have so many exercise videos on the instant view. 4'11" currently at 125lb (gained a few back over the holidays). I would like to be between 108-112lb. I'm also hoping that I can get the idea of a goal weight out of my head and gain more muscle. I figure that if I don't lose a pound but drop down to 2 or more dress sizes I'll be happy :) I'm always looking for friends, so…

I agree, seeing other people gorge themselves makes me feel queasy, one reason I will never watch food eating competitions-- yuck, yuck, yuck! But then again, I find it hard to sit at a table with someone chewing with their mouth open. *gag* There is probably no way you could've phrased the advice, no matter how politely…

Mmmm, yummy! I tend to go opt for crutons when I need chips. Crunchy and salty and I'm usually good after only a few.

Here's what you do. Spread some hummus on the plate. Top with chopped red pepper, red onion, tomato, cucumber, and kalamata olives. (or any other veggie you think would be yummy) Sprinkle with feta cheese. Can also add fresh dill. Eat with pita bread wedges, stacy pita chips or tortilla chips. Yum, yum, yum.
