Hahaha...... I don't know Lifestyle and diet maybe? I'm eating all the same foods. I've just cut down the portions which I'll increase when i reach my goal weight. When I was lean and fit (once upon a time), my larger (toned) thighs actually looked damn good! However, they never looked slim, I'm sorry to say. But I'm not against toning them (just don't bulk to the extreme). If you keep doing what your doing, I'm sure you will see how beautifully you can shape them!

Good Idea. Where I go wrong is when I consumed unplanned food. When junk is offered in a social setting, i guess its hard to remember your diet plan. (especially because I don't want others to know im on a diet)

Thanks for the post! makes me a little sad tho. A 10% mass reduction for me is 6kg. I plan to have a 10kg weight reduction. Any suggestions on when to take a 'break' from dieting?

I'm not quite sure how to overcome it except by sheer will power >.< I'm having the same problem as you, and usually my binge eating takes place in the evening. I wonder if huger suppressants will do the trick?

I like it when I achieve/am under my calorie goal. I don't like it when I'm over. But overall i'd keep it if i had the choice.

I found MFP when I realized the reason why I was turning down opportunities to go out, was because of my weight. Even in my best clothes, I was too conscious of what i looked liked and always preferred to have my back to a wall obscure myself from other peoples view.
