Is this supposed to be % body fat? It doesn't seem accurate. My BMI is 34 and I'm much fatter than that woman :smile:

SKINNY COW is your friend. :love: Their ice cream tastes amazing and is super low in calories. Otherwise if you're really low on calories try eating frozen fruits (strawberries and blueberries are my fav)

It's hard! When I eat things low in sugar they're incredibly high in salt, and vice verse. I'm not too worried about the sugar intake, just as long as you're not going over like... 80+ I wouldn't worry.

I DON'T eat avocados anymore. Given the option I would eat 5 of them in one sitting. They're like a drug to me, so I won't let myself buy them anymore. :frown:

I think it varies for everyone. I never ate any carbs in the beginning of my dieting, and now I've switched it up to eating somewhere around 150-200 a day (my allowance is 208). I feel more satisfied by eating a healthy sandwich (lite bread/lite cheese/fat free mayo) than I did eating a Lean Cuisine

Maybe buy a disposable camera? Those are hard to find now days. Try walgreens or CVS

Get a tighter, thicker sports bra. I am a 38DD and I found a sports bra at Kohl's that's thick and tight, holds those ladies in place nicely. Otherwise you can always try wearing a regular bra, then a sports bra over that. I did that when I was heavier/had bigger boobs than I do now.

My boobs went from a wonderful plump 46DDD down to a flabby old woman 38DD. Booooooooo!

Man I thought I drank a lot of pop. I drink 1-2 21oz bottles a day... some diet pop is fine, but 2-4 liters is way too much.

Yay! Buying new scrubs is such a good feeling. Try putting your old ones on! It will boost your confidence. I always put my old 3x ones on whenever I'm feeling fat, just to remind myself how far I've come :)

I notice that when I stop believing what the scale tells me is when I'm not losing weight but trying to convince myself that I am.

I typically don't eat anything after dinner, and usually eat dinner before 6. If I eat a late dinner here and there it's not the end of the world, neither is a snack but I don't make that a habit.

I love getting my produce there. It's SOO much cheaper. Today I got a bag of oranges, a bag of apples, 4 avocados, and a box of fiber bars all for $11! That would have easily been $20 at Target.
