Love this idea I'm 36 married and will start my stressful months at work this tomorrow. Today goal 1) Log everything good or bad 2) Drink only 2 glasses of pop today. The rest of it crystal light or water. 3) Make a healthy choice for supper tonight. Going out with friends to a restaurant.

Depending on how much chicken I have left 2 choices. 1) Take chicken, 1/2 bag frozen stir fry veggie mix (many kinds), 1 Tbsp general tso sauce. Mix it together and put it over brown rice. This usually makes two meals for me 2) Take chicken, 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce and 1 tsp sauce (bbq or ceasar)

I gained about 10 lbs over the past week... I am not sure though if it is actual gain or "the curse of eve" ... they both happened at the same time... so who exactly knows... I am hoping most of it is the later... but will know in a few days

I am sorry for your loss. Loosing a pet is just devastating. In time it will get better. Try to focus on all the possitive times you spent and remember she/he is in a good place.

Thanks everyone. I am goign to go to the local running store on Saturday and see what they can recomend. But I will be sure to check out MBT, rebok and Merrill when I am there. I agree with everyone I think if I tried tone up shoes it would be overkill on my feet.

Stirfry mix (snap pea stirfry mix, chicken and a little sauce) over brown rice. Delicious with a small container of sugar free pistachio pudding for desert.

I felt the same way and I will give you the advice a friend gave to me. Don't look in a mirror for a day or two then look again. I found I could see the difference then. We look at our own bodies all the time and know where every spot is. Take away looking at yourself even for just a few days and you might see a difference.

I use either Lachoy stirfry mix ... 1 Tbsp 170 sodium and 20 cal or Iron Chef Generals Tso ... 2 Tbsp 240 sodium and 60 cal. Both taste good and if it isn't moist enough I throw in a little chicken broth.

1 can of spice cake and 1 can of pumpkin. Mix together and you can make either as a cake or cupcakes. No eggs or anything else.

Just before I leave for work, I take 1cup V8 fusion or low sugar OJ and 1 cup frozen fruit and blend it. Then bring that and either an egg or 1 cup cinaburst cheerios. Eat them at my desk.
