I understand your days. I have the same issue. One thing I started doing was on Sunday, when I get my groceries, I make meatballs and shredded chicken. Throw them in the freezer. That way I can pull the precooked meat out before work and when I get home I can finish making recipes. (spaghetti, subs, tacos)

We have a fridge at my work so I keep some baby carrots and beef sticks in there for a snack. Otherwise, wheat thin honey wheat stix, pretzels, fruit are at my desk in case I get a craving.

I just tried this last night. Used pineapple cake mix and angel food cake. Then to I put a tsp of whip cream and crushed pineapple on top. Delicious and so easy. Cut my craving for sweets down.

1200 - 1400 cal per day. I eat lunch around noon. Then I usually eat supper around 6-7 at night. I try to do a light snack at 3 of a vegetable or piece of fruit but this doesn't seem to help. I will try the suggestion of eating some protein.
