... exactly! it never worked in my case too! when I get too hungry i end up with drinking couple glasses of water :frown: ...small meals make me hungry more..and i crave for my cookie box :embarassed:

my arms are 12 inches each!that ridiculous with my 28 inches waist! i am trying the biceps triceps exercises for 1 months and lets see what results it brings :smile: btw i am a total procrastinator...:( no patience at all :cry:

i am trying to do some arm exercise everyday for 10 minutes!as i have flabby 12 inches arms which is annoying too!

I am 22 ...5.2 inches and My current weight is 59 ..my BMI is 23.4 as my waist is quite thin 28! but my flabby arms and thighs compared to my waist make me look clown :explode:

yah!!! I was 63 kgs,,then i became 55 and now again i am 59..its a terrific experience! and every time whenever i lose my weight i face massive Hair fall and rough skin prob too :sad: :sad:

Actually its all those carbs which make me fat every time! Rice, breads pasta...all these are my supper fav and whenever i cut them..The results are more dangerous! :sad: ...here the whole grain products, brown breads aren't that available..so i can't even have them to substitute!
