  • I've been told to walk up and down stairs, use a body brush dry before you shower, exfoliate and use a gental tan. Does thay help? Yeh thanks, I've been body brushing on and off for the past few weeks, so need to keep this up and got exfoliting gloves as well. Think I just need to keep at it really

  • No I'm not, just healthly eating however just taken 2 weeks off, i've eaten like a pig & hardly done any exercise but back on it from tomorrow so calorie counting and watching my fat/carb content plus trying to eat more protein plus starting turbofire from tomorrow now as well..
  • I'm starting Turbo Fire tomorrow, so excited, I've being doing Turbo Jam plus 30ds however I loved Turbo Jam hence the reason for deciding to do Turbo Fire, hopefully it'll give me the bikini bod I need for September.

  • I'm now on Level 2 Day 3 (Day 4 tomorrow) finding it ok, think my body is working harder due to the amount of sweat, going to give it a go with the pushups tomorrow and need to practice the lunges, can't do them as quick as Jillian
  • Day 2 of Level 1 done - 28 to go & I will stick to this!!!!!!!!!!
  • Well, Day 2 done along with Day 2 of Turbo Jam, I'm definately not there with the press ups just yet and can only do the press up where I'm kneeling but hopefully at the end of Level 1 I can do a proper press up - 28 days to go.
