I've done day 2 of week 1 today and love it, I've set myself a goal to loose 1.1lb per week (at least) , does anyone know if there's a T25 group on MFP?

Yep I weigh my food and track my calories, I think I need to eat more (healthy) calories though. I'm going to give it a go from tomorrow, 1,200 calories plus 550 calories (1,750 in total) and see how I get on, thank you for the support everyone :-)

What's TDEE? I suppose I'd i burn on average 550 calories a day I should be aiming for 1,750 calorie consumption? I currently weigh 79.9kg and 5ft 9ins, I want to weigh 70kg though x

I 'm starting week 2 of Alpha tomorrow, loving it so far and lost 2.4lbs this week, whoop whoop :smile:

I've started T25 again today and according to my HRM I burned 389 calories, just need to start healthy eating now which will start tomorrow although I have logged today even though I have eaten rubbish. If anyone would like to add me please feel free & we can support each other :-)

I've joined the group Unofficial Beach-body UK on facebook and love it, its great to contact other people who are going through exactly the same thing, I've done Insanity for 5 days now and its going really well - I'm welcoming day 6 with open arms tomorrow :smile:

Thanks for the advice everyone, I think it's more of a confidence issue, I've got a squat rack and no spotter because I do weights at home. I can lift the weight comfortably and know the correct technique it's just having the confidence to go low enough and know I can press the weight back up, I'm just trying to overcome…

Yeh I've tried them and my chocolate protein shakes seem to help as well, I think i'll just finish off the chocolate I've got this evening then that's it!!!! I like the freezer idea though, I've not thought of that, does it spoil the chocolate though?

Lol, no I just like the taste of chocolate. Also once I have the taste of it I want more so think I've got to go cold turkey and give it up, thank god I don't smoke, I'd be on 20 a day.

Good point, think I just need to go cold turkey and try to keep my mind occupied and do something else as soon as the thought of chocolate pops into my head, perhaps log onto this sight, that might help x

I'll eat any kind of chocolate, and I've got no willpower. If i've got a bar of dark chocolate I'll want to eat all of it which is why i think it's best for me to go cold turkey until I've reached my goals then I might treat myself. Yep that's me in my profile pic, the pic was taken in Sept last year and don't look like that now, put some weight on and need to tone up. It's mainly my legs/hips/arms I need to sort out and just need the motivation to do this.
