Yes - don't let it derail you. I've overdone it and ask myself if it was worth it. You just move on and try better next time. i also havenoticed that weekends are high calorie, and so I plan for it.

It is a diet. That is the correct word for what food you put in your body. Now that I am exercising I tend to think of food as fuel, which does -I must admit - make me make better choices.

Done - I broke it into sets of 10 - 15, and then finished up with 30. Thanks for the challange. Great I dea and good because I have a desk job and should be getting up to sttretch anyway. i agree that it was harder than I thought.

This is intersting because I have been at the same number - 133 for about 3 weeks now. I lost .5 to 1lb per week until now. My calorie amount set by MFP is 1200. i usually have a cheat day once a week, but I don't go over by too much - maybe 100 - 300 calories. I am afraid that if I up my intake I the scale will go up…

You should do both in my opinion. I am doing something for cardio everyday and alternating strength training on upper and lower body parts daily. I do this when I don't have a good plan in place for my meals. You know - some nuts here, some cheese sticks there, a V8....and then I am trying to figure out dinner at the end of the day.
